Sours: Shaken, Not Stirred


Time to shake things up! Brian Mazurek of The Bitter Ginger leads this hands-on, 90-minute workshop that's all about Sours – lively cocktails built on citrus, sweetener, and spirit.

Dive into mixology theory as you learn about balance + dilution in cocktails and perfect the dry-shake technique. Then get creative with suggestions for substitutions, enhancements, and garnishes to customize your cocktail experience.

Brian will demonstrate two essential Sours during this class: the Whiskey Sour and the Margarita, with instruction for batching these classics and more for your next gathering!

All ingredients and barware will be provided. Each participant will enjoy their own version of the cocktails highlighted in this class, in addition to a welcome beverage, snacks, and a special gift to conclude.
