Time to shake things up! Brian Mazurek of The Bitter Ginger leads this hands-on, 90-minute workshop that's all about Sours – lively cocktails built on citrus, sweetener, and spirit.
Dive into mixology theory as you learn about balance + dilution in cocktails and perfect the dry-shake technique. Then get creative with suggestions for substitutions, enhancements, and garnishes to customize your cocktail experience.
Brian will demonstrate two essential Sours during this class: the Whiskey Sour and the Margarita.
All ingredients and barware will be provided. Each participant will enjoy their own version of the cocktails highlighted in this class, in addition to a welcome beverage, snack, and parting gift.
